Profiltitel

SMALL SCALE POWER GENERATION, FROM BIOMASS RESIDUES AND FROM WASTE HEAT

What we offer:
NC Service has developed a biomass combustion plant for small scale electricity generation with an ORC (125 kWe). This modular-type installation is oriented toward small producers, offering a strong technology, easy to handle and control, no need for specialized personnel, low-maintenance, reduced space (100 m2), working at low pressures and temperatures.
The ORC module also recovers residual heat from a wide range of systems (motors, industrial stacks, landfills, etc.) and turns it into electricity (125 kWe), allowing partial-load operation and self-consumption from the first kilowatt. This unit has a high-speed turbine with a high-efficiency alternator in one sealed unit and without gearbox. A sophisticated power electronics turns the high-frequency output into utility-grade power.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for biomass producers with availability of small quantities of biomass residues which might be revalorized producing electricity and heat.
For the ORC application, we are looking for industries with residual heat (980 kWth) from production or energy processes, including rubbish tip gases or engine exhaust gases, biogas, biomass boilers, steam, industrial stacks, solar-thermal installations, etc.

Collaboration sought:
  • Technical cooperation
  • Commercial cooperation
